1. Who we are

SheetPilot (sheet.xeviora.com) is a product of Xeviora. Xeviora is a brand operated by LIU HU, a sole proprietor ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: support@xeviora.com

By creating an account, installing our browser extension or app, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use SheetPilot.

2. The service

SheetPilot is a Chrome extension and companion website that saves information from web pages you have access to into your own Google Sheets spreadsheets. It offers right-click saving, table export and automations that run locally in your browser, and optional AI features that turn a page into structured rows and learn reusable extraction patterns ("recipes"). Rows are written from your browser directly to Google's API and do not pass through our servers. An account is required for AI features, credits and recipe sync.

We may improve, change or discontinue features over time. If we remove a core paid feature you are paying for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and request a refund under our Refund Policy.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts on this site are independent of accounts on other Xeviora products.

4. Payments, billing and our reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Checkout for all Xeviora products is handled securely on xeviora.com. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms). Charges appear on your card or bank statement as "PADDLE.NET* XEVIORA" (or "PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET" for PayPal). For invoices, receipts, payment methods and refunds you can also visit https://paddle.net.

Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans (Starter at $4.90/month or $39/year, and Pro at $12.90/month or $99/year) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page or via the link in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We will notify you before any price change takes effect.

Credit packs (200 credits for $6) are one-time purchases and do not renew. There is no free trial of paid plans; free accounts receive the trial credits described in section 6.

6. Credits

Credits are prepaid usage units that can only be used within SheetPilot to access its features. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold, gifted, exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used for any other product or service. Credits are not a stored-value or payment instrument. Credits do not expire: unused credits stay in your balance and carry over from one billing period to the next, remain usable after a subscription ends, and credits from credit packs never expire. Credits are removed if you delete your account, and credits from a refunded purchase are removed from your balance. Refunds for purchases that include credits are governed by our Refund Policy.

• New accounts receive a one-time grant of 30 trial credits.
• Paid plans include a recurring credit allowance — Starter 200 credits and Pro 600 credits — added to your balance at the start of each billing period.
• A credit pack adds 200 credits to your balance once, for $6.
• Credits are used only by AI actions: turning a page into rows costs 2 credits and a cleanup or translation pass costs 1 credit. Right-click saving, table export, automations and recipe replay run locally in your browser and never use credits.
• Credits are charged only for AI actions that complete successfully. If a charged action fails on our side, its credits are returned to your balance.

Referral rewards are bonus credits only. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or transferred, and may be withheld or removed if we detect self-referrals or abuse. When someone signs up through your invite link and starts their first paid subscription, you receive 100 bonus credits and they receive 50. Rewards are limited to 20 invited friends per account.

7. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every purchase. See our Refund Policy at https://sheet.xeviora.com/refund. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SheetPilot to: break any law; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy; access content or data you are not authorised to access; violate the terms of third-party websites or services; send spam or unsolicited messages; collect personal data about others without a lawful basis; interfere with or overload our systems; or resell or share the service without our permission. SheetPilot is meant for saving information from pages you have access to into your own spreadsheet; you are responsible for complying with the terms of the websites you use it on.

You may not use AI features to create or distribute: content depicting a real person without their explicit consent; face swaps, deepfakes or voice imitations; sexual or adult content; content that infringes intellectual property or trademarks (including other companies' logos); academic work to be submitted as your own; medical, legal or financial advice; or anything illegal, harmful or deceptive. AI output can be inaccurate — verify it before relying on it. We may filter inputs and outputs and suspend accounts that violate this section.

9. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you (for example, to store, process or display it). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use with SheetPilot. Rows you save are written to your own Google account; content captured from a web page remains subject to that page's rights.

10. Intellectual property

SheetPilot, Xeviora and their software, design and branding belong to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on our sites belong to their owners (Google Sheets is a trademark of Google LLC); SheetPilot is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

11. Disclaimers and liability

SheetPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

12. Termination

You can stop using SheetPilot and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Cancellation of a paid plan is handled as described in section 5.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
