Terms of Service

1. The service

SheetPilot ("the service") is a browser extension and companion website operated by Xeviora that saves content from webpages you choose into your own Google Sheets, optionally structuring it with AI and reusable extraction recipes. AI features are billed via credits and subscriptions. By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use AI features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts on this site are independent of accounts on other Xeviora products.

3. Plans, credits and billing

• Free accounts include a one-time grant of trial AI credits.
• Pro subscriptions ($4.9/month or $39/year) include a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed by AI operations (extraction, list capture, cleanup) and do not constitute currency; unused subscription credits do not roll over as a guarantee of future service. Replaying a saved recipe runs locally and is free.
• Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• If an AI operation fails on our side, the credits charged for it are automatically refunded to your balance.

4. Acceptable use

You may not abuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering paid features, automating requests beyond normal use, or extracting content you have no right to access. You are responsible for complying with the terms of service of the websites you extract data from and with applicable data-protection law when the data concerns other people. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Your data and content

Content you extract remains subject to the source page's copyright; the rows you save belong in your own Google account and never touch our servers. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete recipes at any time; deleting your account removes your stored data.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI output can be wrong — extracted values can be incomplete or misread; verify important data against the original page before acting on it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xeviora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
