How is this different from a web scraper?
Scrapers make you write selectors and babysit configurations. With SheetPilot you point AI at a page and it works out the columns on its own, then keeps that mapping as a recipe you can replay for free. Want rules of your own? Automations let you build them block by block, locally. Either way, everything lands in the Google Sheet you already use.
Can you see my spreadsheet data?
No. Rows are written from your browser directly to Google's API with a token that never leaves your device. Our servers only see a page's text when you explicitly run an AI action on it — and we don't keep it after the request. Recipes store the pattern (site + selectors), never the data.
What's free?
One-click saving, table export and recipe replay are unlimited on every plan and never cost credits. The Free plan also holds 3 right-click menus and 1 automation; paid plans hold more and add duplicate detection. Signing up adds 30 trial AI credits — turning a page into rows costs 2 credits, cleanup 1.
What do the paid plans include?
Starter is $4.9/month or $39/year with 200 AI credits a month. Pro is $12.9/month or $99/year with 600 credits and 300 cloud recipes synced across devices (free accounts get 10). Payments are handled securely by Paddle and you can cancel anytime.
What exactly is a recipe?
When AI extracts a page, it also records which page elements each column came from. That rule — the recipe — is saved to your account. On your next visit to that site, replay runs locally in your browser: instant, free, no credits. If the site redesigns, one AI run re-learns it.
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome, signed in to a Google account — the extension uses Chrome's built-in Google sign-in to write to your sheet. Other Chromium browsers can install it, but Google sign-in support varies.
